Liliana Zambrano

Liliana is the founder of Zambrano & Associates, where she oversees operations, client onboarding, bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation, and year-round tax planning. Her goal is to help individuals and small-business owners stay organized, maximize deductions, and make informed financial decisions.

Liliana began her career in bookkeeping and customer service in Ecuador and later spent four years as a business and personal banker at Banco Pichincha. She advised clients on credit lines, home loans, and certificates of deposit while consistently exceeding her lending goals. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo and has firsthand experience managing a retail franchise.

Carlos Zambrano

Carlos is an accountant at Zambrano & Associates Inc., where he supports small-business clients with accurate, well-organized financial records. Drawing on nine years of experience analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow in mortgage and commercial lending, he manages client books in QuickBooks Online, maintains general ledgers, performs monthly reconciliations, and prepares personal and small-business tax returns.

Carlos holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Finance. He is completing an M.S. in Accounting with a specialization in Financial Reporting. He is a Certified Intuit ProAdvisor, is pursuing CPA licensure in Florida, and is a proud U.S. Navy veteran.
